What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile phone number, property address, the pass you are interested in and, if you choose to give it, your email address. If you text or call us, we also keep the number you contact us from.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote and reply to you by text, phone or email.
- To deliver the service you book, including invoices and before and after photos of each visit.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our form, messaging and accounting tools.
Text messages
By submitting the quote form you agree that we may text and call you about your quote. Message rates from your carrier may apply. Tell us to stop and we will stop.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages people read, so we can improve the site. It tells us nothing that identifies you personally. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the site keeps working.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by calling or texting us.
